Hi Aysia,
This error message indicates that you're not passing a customer
code
through to Cheddar when you're creating or updating a customer. Take a look at our API documentation here for all the required params.I'm assuming that you're making an API call to create or update a customer when you get these errors, but let me know if that's not the case.

Thank you Meghan. I will discuss this with our programmer.
Cheers,

Hey Aysia,
I saw that you're still getting the "Param 'code' is specified but is empty" error, so I chatted with our engineering team and they let me know that you're getting these errors because you're making a call to the
/customers/get
API endpoint with thecode
param specified, but an empty value. If a code param is specified, Cheddar assumes that you're only trying to get a single customer record. Since hitting that endpoint with an empty value for thecode
param would return all customer records, this generates an error. If you're trying to get a record for a single customer, you'll just need to specify the customer code for the
code
param.Meghan
