Recurring Charges

I’ve noticed that when setting up new pricing plans and processing setup fees, although it states to run the recurring (1) month after signup it usually schedules it for the next day. I find myself having to go in and resetting the date a month out. This is becoming somewhat of a problem when the sales team processes their own transactions and don’t catch that right away. We then have to go back and issue a refund or void the transaction, and I know we are charged every time we do that so I am trying to avoid that route. Can you check to see what may be causing this? As you can see in the attached pic, it is setup on our end correctly

Can you give me an example of this happening?

    Hi Marc,
Unfortunately, it happens on all setups. The most recent was this morning when setting up The Little Gym of Boylston. Setup was charged today and recurring was scheduled to process tomorrow, although it should be (1) month out.

Ok, here's an example for discussion:

    https://cheddargetter.com/admin/customers/get/id/b14ca0ad-2cce-11e5...

This customer was created via the admin GUI at 2015-07-17 21:56:37. In the new customer form, 2015-07-18 was entered for the initial bill date override when the customer was created.

The pricing plan has the expected configuration as you've described:

USD 300.00 Setup -- billed upon signup

USD 99.00 Monthly -- initially billed 1 month after signup

However, when a date is entered for the first bill date in the new customer creation form, that date will override the plan configured initial bill date. So, the behavior you've described is expected. I'm guess what you want to do is leave that date box empty so that the default will be used.
