From here, you can select the coupons you'd like to appear in the list and from there you can export it with multiple options.

Sorry for the lapse in response on this one, I have been tasked with revisiting unsolved requests and I think I have a solution for you.

Unfortunately, Cheddar does not support multiple notification emails but an easy workaround can be found with your email provider. Most offer a group/forward/alias program that enables you to add and remove users and forward incoming mail.

I am going to close this for now, but let us know if this if you have any other questions!

Sorry for not getting back to you in a timely manner. To answer your question, this error is received when Cheddar tries to communicate with your payment gateway and does not receive a response.

This is a common http networking error and could have happened for any number of reasons.

This transaction was marked as an error and not a decline. This means this transaction never went into your dunning procedures (which is currently set at 3 days) and means you were not charged for it multiple transactions. It was then processed approximately 14 hours later successfully.

Again, I am sorry for not getting back to you quickly & it seems like this issue has been resolved. If you have any other questions or comments please dont hesitate to reach out!

Sorry for the delay. This question has sparked some internal discussion from multiple team members. We’re working on some updates to our documentation to make this more clear.

The order in which hooks are received is not guaranteed. The nature of the hook retry system means that individual hooks could fail and be retried later. If this occurs, we don’t intend to block subsequent hooks. They are delivered as usual by design.

Hooks themselves contain information as to the date and time of the event they represent (activityDatetime). In your example, there is also an explicit subscription cancelation and create time. Best practice when using hooks to manage authorization (in conjunction with an at login verification) is to cache the create and cancelation dates as opposed to just a binary flag. This way you can manage the handling of hook timing and retries without a single failure causing a product wide lock on hooks (or the resulting catch-up load spike).

On our end, hook processing is queued across multiple load balanced servers. This also can affect timing of delivery. During peak processing times (like when we are running batches of recurring transactions), it isn’t unusual for there to be a few minutes delivery delay— another reason to use data sent instead of hook execution timing.

We recently migrated to a new hosting platform and made upgrades to our hook queuing system to improve performance and reliability. We’re investigating any changes there that may impact hook delivery order. However, it’s important to note that regardless of any changes we make, retries will continue to mean that it is best practice to leverage timing information contained in the hook to manage hook timing.

Thanks for the question. It has prompted us to update our knowledge base to be more explicit regarding hook timing as it relates to idempotence.

You should be able to do this on your end by logging into your account and going to product settings, cancel accounts. Let us know if you are having trouble finding this.

I do not see that your email is connected to any account. What account specifically are you asking us to close?

In short, yes you can cancel all subscriptions by cancelling your account in Cheddar. It should delete all customer records and that will stop billing them. You can do this by logging into your account and going to product settings and then cancel accounts.

We do not see your account linked to anyone. What account specifically are you asking about?

Ozmara

Ozmaratag:support.getcheddar.com,2009-06-01:Discussion/185821242018-10-17T15:39:40Z2020-08-31T18:02:30ZTracked Item

Christina,

Unfortunately, no we have not. We've chose to focus on other project security and performance. It was a big project but that is what we have chosen to do.

I don't have anyone else asking for that feature, but it could qualify for the acceleration discount. With the acceleration discount, we would ask you to help us pay for some or all of the project which would help us with costs and allow you to have the specific feature you desire. Let us know if you would be interested in that.

These charges are the result of you offering discounts to your customers and them taking advantage of them. The number notated in red is the value of discounts currently being used by customers.

To get a more detailed view as to who and what the specific values are for discounts being used, you can sort that info on your promotions page from your Cheddar dashboard.

Apologies for the delayed response on this one. It came in the middle of our migration and got lost in the shuffle.

If you are on the dashboard, you can see the actual date range that produces that revenue by clicking on the little gear in the top right of the dashboard card. It will flip the card around and in the bottom left, it outlines the range used for that calculation.

Hope that helps!
